INFERNO HOT PILATES
Hot Pilates is a 60-minute, intensive and gentle training that postures the whole body. The training room is heated to 35 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 40%.
This training system, which combines the Pilates principles with high intensity interval training, is also gentle on the body. It is an intensive total body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve health and well-being.

When I first heard about Inferno Hot Pilates, I thought it was for beginners. But right after the first workout, I realized that I had vastly underestimated Inferno Hot Pilates. It is the perfect workout for every muscle part of the whole body.
With great music and a good atmosphere, it is even more fun to train and the 60 minutes fly by, not least because of the short but intense interval training paired with strength, coordination and breathing.
I can only say that you reach your physical limits with the exercises and if you do it properly, you can definitely look forward to sore muscles the next day.
